Financial Services Authority - the UK financial regulator.
Financial Ombudsman Service - look after complaints about financial services organisations, including BCU, where they can't be resolved by the firm.
Financial Services Compensation Scheme - the organisation that runs the UK deposit protection scheme, which includes credit union deposits. Your savings with BCU are protected up to £50,000.
National Debtline - help and advice on debt issues.
Consumer Credit Counselling Service - help and advice on debt issues.
ACFA - find local advice agencies in the Bristol area. They can usually help you with debt issues and some can help with benefits and housing issues.
